Why accessories from Friedemann Wagner?
Our range of accessories includes, among other things, coordinated adapter elements that enable the devices to be connected to one another. Centering rings (included) create a high-precision connection between the units - without drilling or pinning. Adjustments no longer have to be made when the devices are replaced. Hydraulic or pneumatic shock absorbers are available for end position cushioning. Proximity switches in many variations provide for the end position query. Connector strips are used to collect and forward signals.
With our stop screws, positions can be set exactly and a loss of the end position when replacing the proximity switch is prevented.
In addition, stands are available for our rotary switch units.
ARE CONNECTORS ONLY AVAILABLE AS PRODUCT COMPONENTS?
No! Our connector strips are also available individually via the product finder.
CAN STANDARD INITIATORS BE USED IN THE HOLLOW STOP SCREWS?
Yes! If you do not want to use our NSS sensor, we also offer mounting sets (BFS) for standard initiators in the accessories catalog.
WHERE ARE INTERMEDIATE POSITIONS DESCRIBED FOR SWIVEL UNITS?
Intermediate positions are described in the swivel unit operating instructions and in an additional information document.
Accessories – FAQ
WHY DO YOUR CENTER RINGS HAVE AN INTERNAL THREAD?
Centering is used for the quick, easy and precise joining of modules with one another. You "sit" fed up with it. In order to facilitate any removal during assembly, internal threads are inserted in our case, provided that space permits. By screwing in a screw, the centering ring can be removed non-destructively upwards. Information on the fit and internal thread can be found in our accessories brochure on page 54 below in an overview table.
ARE THE STD-14 SHOCK ABSORBERS ADJUSTABLE OR EQUIPPED WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF HARDNESS?
Both! Shock absorber STD-14 is available as variant W (soft) and H (hard). Both can also be adjusted using a screw.
