Linear unit LSK-6
The pneumatic linear slide LSK-6 – like its smaller variant LSK-4 – uses the letter "K" to indicate crossed roller guides. The LSK-6 is designed for handling workpieces with high precision and under high torque.
The piston diameter is 16mm.
External, adjustable stops, with the option of accommodating hydraulic shock absorbers, are functional components.
The NSS proximity switch can be screwed into the hollow stop screw, saving space . A BFS mounting kit for the stop screw is available for use with standard 6.5 mm diameter sensors.
LSK series linear units feature their own cross roller guides . These are ground to fit the upper and lower slides during the manufacturing process. This eliminates or significantly reduces the space required for conventional guide elements, allowing for the installation of cages with larger rollers. For the user, this means: more load capacity in less installation space!
Special features of LSK-6
The linear slide LSK-6 is available in 8 stroke lengths: 30|50|75|100|125|150|175 and 200mm.
All sizes can be ordered with or without mounted shock absorbers.
The stops are positioned laterally and can be mounted in designated grooves on the other side.
The linear unit LSK-6 always includes 2 centering rings ZR-6.
