Swivel unit SES-9
The SES-9 swivel unit is the reinforced version of the SE-9 and the flagship of Wagner's swivel units. The pneumatic swivel drive features two 38 mm diameter racks.
SES-9 has the well-known benefits of the SE series:
- Full torque in the end positions
- Fixed stops for repeatability +/-0.01°
- Rotation angle 0-190° adjustable from outside
- Hollow stop screws for holding the sensor
- Option: Query via C-slot sensor
- All interfering edges point in one direction
- Stop screws and shock absorbers are accessible from the outside
Special features of the SES-9 swivel unit
With swivel units of the SES series, detection of shock absorber failure is possible due to the principle!
Due to the movable load, SES-9 is always delivered with mounted shock absorbers.
The SES-9 swivel unit can be ordered with or without a 6-way air duct in the rotating stop shaft! Due to its size, a version with 6-way air and signal ducts is also available.
To achieve a third position, the additional module "Intermediate Position ZWP-9-SES" is available as an accessory. It can be supplied with or without damping.
