Swivel unit SES-6

The swivel unit SES-6 is the reinforced version of the SE-6 and has two racks of 25mm diameter as a pneumatic swivel drive

SES-6 has the well-known benefits of the SE series:

Full torque in the end positions
Fixed stops for repeatability +/-0.01°
Rotation angle 0-190° adjustable from outside
Hollow stop screws for holding the sensor
Option: Query via C-slot sensor
All interfering edges point in one direction
Stop screws and shock absorbers are accessible from the outside

Special features of the SES-6 swivel unit

Due to the movable load, SES-6 is always delivered with mounted shock absorbers .

With swivel units of the SES series, detection of shock absorber failure is possible due to the principle!

The SES-6 swivel unit can be ordered with or without a quadruple air duct in the rotating stop shaft! Due to its physical size, a version with quadruple air and signal ducts is also available.

To achieve a third position, the additional module "Intermediate Position ZWP-6-SES" is available as an accessory. It can be supplied with or without damping.
