Linear unit LES-6

The LES-6 is a pneumatic linear unit based on sealed super ball bushings. Suitable for sliding or gantry operation, the LES-6 is positioned above the LE-6 in its "S" (strong) version.

The piston diameter is 20mm. The LES-6, as a representative of size 6, is based on a 48mm x 48mm grid dimension.

The LES-6 is available in stroke lengths of 100, 200, 300, and 400 mm and can only be ordered with shock absorbers. The stroke is adjustable by 55 mm on each side.

Options for integrating sensors for end position detection are also implemented in this type of linear unit.

Special features of LES-6

The LES-6 linear unit is delivered with hydraulic dampers from the factory due to the load profile.

The special variant with the letter "A" denotes a fully encapsulated sheet metal cover. The stroke change is achieved via a bellows.
As a result of the maximum expansion of the bellows, the available stroke is reduced to only 385mm (only) with a stroke length of 400.

The LES-6 linear unit always includes 2 ZR-6 centering rings.
