Gripping unit PGM-60
The housing of the PGM-60 gripper from Friedemann Wagner GmbH measures 60mm wide when the jaws are closed – hence the name PGM-60!
The piston diameter is 25mm.
Proximity switch detection is possible. This is done via sensor holes on the underside of the housing. The field contact is realized via the underside of the jaws.
Wagner grippers can be operated between 2 and 8 bar.
A variant with gripping force protection (springs on the outside) is optionally available.
Special features of PGM-60
PGM-60 has 5mm stroke per jaw.
The PGM-60 always includes six ZR-4 centering rings. Two are used for mounting the parallel gripper, and two each are used for mounting the customer's gripper fingers.
A query via C-slot sensors is possible; corresponding grooves are incorporated in the housing, and the sensor is located in the piston.
