Linear unit LEM-6

The LEM-6 pneumatic linear unit is a "low-cost variant" based on sliding bearings and is extremely compact.

The piston diameter is 12mm. LEM-6, as a representative of size 6, is based on a 48mm x 48mm grid dimension.

LEM-6 can be ordered in stroke lengths of 30, 60 and 90mm with and without shock absorbers and is suitable for sliding or portal operation !

In the basic version, the stroke is adjustable along its entire range. Options for integrating hydraulic shock absorbers and/or sensors for end-position monitoring are also available for this type of linear unit.

Special features of LEM-6

The LEM-6 linear unit can be used in portal operation without a substructure – the guide head is minimally offset upwards from the horizontal axis of symmetry.

Special variants include models with sheet metal covers (variants with the letter "A" in the type designation).

Alternatively, an external stop system can be retrofitted to the LEM-6 at the top or supplied ex-works ( variant "MS" ). The stroke is then adjusted via the hollow stop screws. NSS-type proximity switches can be screwed into these screws. The stop system can also accommodate the hydraulic dampers if required.
