Linear unit LE-6

The LE-6 is a pneumatic linear unit based on sealed ball bushings. The LE-6 is suitable for sliding or gantry operation .

The piston diameter is 16mm. The LE-6, as a representative of size 6, is based on a 48mm x 48mm grid dimension.

The LE-6 can be ordered in stroke lengths of 100, 200, and 300 mm. The stroke is adjustable along its entire range.

Options for accommodating hydraulic shock absorbers and/or sensors for end position monitoring are also implemented in this type of linear unit.

Special features of LE-6

The LE-6 linear unit is supplied with a pneumatic damper as standard, providing a durable, low-wear deceleration system. Of course, the unit can also be retrofitted or ordered with hydraulic dampers.

The special variant designated with the letter "Z" in its type designation has a second drive cylinder instead of a pneumatic damper, thus doubling its power. Due to these forces, it is recommended that the "Z" variant always be used with hydraulic damping.
