Linear unit LES-9

The LES-9 is the most powerful pneumatic linear unit (with the longest stroke) in the portfolio. It is based on sealed super ball bushings. The LES-9 is suitable for push or gantry operation and, in its "S" (heavy) version, is positioned above the LE-9.

The piston diameter is 32 mm. The LES-9, as a representative of size 9, is based on a 72 mm x 72 mm grid dimension.

The LES-9 is available in stroke lengths of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mm and can only be ordered with shock absorbers. The stroke is adjustable by 55 mm on each side.

The LES-9 also offers options for integrating sensors for end position detection.

Special features of LES-9

The LES-9 linear unit is delivered with hydraulic dampers from the factory due to the load profile.

The special variant with the letter "A" denotes a fully encapsulated sheet metal cover. The stroke change is achieved via a bellows.
As a result of the maximum expansion of the bellows, the available stroke is reduced to only 489mm at a stroke length of 500.

The LES-9 linear unit always includes 2 ZR-9 centering rings.
