Swivel unit SHE-6

The SHE-6 swivel unit is a low-cost design and corresponds to the principle of many competitive products. The stop is located directly on the rack—the output is simply designed as a shaft, not a flat surface.

SHE-6 and has two racks with a diameter of 20mm each.

If no external stops are present, only half the torque is applied in the last few degrees of the rack travel (end position). Furthermore, repeatability suffers due to the necessary rack play.

SHE-6 still has some of our features

• The angle of rotation 0-190° is adjustable from the outside
• Hollow stop screws are used to hold the sensor
• Stop screws and shock absorbers are accessible from the outside
• Versions with or without mounted shock absorbers can be ordered.

 Special features of the swivel unit SHE-6

The SHE-6 swivel unit is available in the SHE-6- A version with an external stop system. This version is taller, but offers full force in the end positions and better repeatability than the standard SHE-6- N version.

The accessories include connectors that can be mounted on top of the rotary actuator shaft. This makes it easy and straightforward to create a rotary surface!
