Intermediate position ZWP-6-VEN for linear unit VEN-6
The pneumatic intermediate positioner ZWP-6-VEN is part of the " Pick & Place" modular system from manufacturer Friedemann Wagner GmbH. The module comes pre-equipped with a damper and sensor.
The intermediate position is available in stroke lengths of 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 millimeters to match VEN-6.
The stroke adjustment range is adjustable along the entire path.
The piston diameter of the ZWP-6-VEN is 16mm.
Special features of ZWP-6-VEN
This module serves as an add-on for accessing a different level for picking up or unloading workpieces. It is docked directly between the LEN-6 and the VEN-6.
The intermediate position generally accompanies the stroke of the VEN-6 up to a pneumatically extendable stop. This serves to limit the travel (= different level).
The module is pneumatically supplied through the LEN-6 linear unit. To ensure continued airflow, the intermediate position is equipped with four additional air passages.
