Rotary switching unit RSE-4
The RSE-4 is functionally similar to the smaller RSE-3 table. The plate diameter is 102 mm . It can move a dynamic load of 140 N (Jmax. 175 kg/cm²) centrally.
The piston diameter (rack) of the RSE-4 rotary indexing unit is 25mm.
Factory-installed versions are available in pitches of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24, with left and right rotation directions. All Wagner pneumatic rotary indexing tables are equipped with hydraulic dampers and a throttle in the side plate (for adjusting the table speed) as standard.
The control can also be carried out with just one valve on the RSE-4 rotary switching unit!

The pendulum operation version can be ordered directly or converted using a conversion kit. Pendulum operation requires dampers in both side plates and control with two valves.
The RSE-4 rotary indexing unit has a P port. This allows air or vacuum to be applied to the center of the plate beneath the customer's assembly (remove the central G1/8" plug in the plate).
