Rotary switching unit RSE-6

The RSE-6 differs in design from the smaller tables. It is locked from the side, allowing for odd pitches . The table diameter is 180 mm . A dynamic load of 250 N (Jmax. 1540 kg/cm²) can be moved centrally.

The piston diameter (rack) of the RSE-3 rotary indexing unit is 32mm.

All integer divisions from 4-18 – including division 7, for example – are available ex works in the directions of rotation left | right .

Even with this design, the control can be done with just one valve!

A sensor on the side mechanism acknowledges the locking of the plate upon request. A control air hole at the end of the rack's travel allows locking to be initiated without additional control.

In the delivery state, a hydraulic damper is mounted and a throttle is attached to the rotary indexing table (adjustment of the table speed).

The installation position is horizontal.

The bearing can accommodate a static axial load of 20kN on ø110mm (press-fit work).

Special features of the RSE-6 rotary switching unit

For lighter loads, pneumatic damping can be selected instead of hydraulic damping. This is low-wear, moves a maximum force of 405 kg/cm², and its air cushion is adjustable via a screw.

If desired, a hollow screw-in column Es-6 (accessory) can be inserted into the fixed, central bore using a fitting and threaded ring.
