Linear unit or vertical unit VEN-6

The pneumatic linear unit VEN-6 is part of the "Pick & Place" modular system from Friedemann Wagner GmbH. Within the system, it represents linear vertical movement.

The modular system is represented by the LEN-6, which provides the horizontal stroke, and the VEN-6, which, docked to the LEN-6, provides the system's vertical stroke. Both units can also be used independently.

The piston diameter of the VEN-6 is 20mm.

The VEN-6 linear unit is available in 5 stroke lengths of 60|120|180|240 and 300 millimeters.

The basic version (variant B) does not include an energy feedthrough. Two further versions are available: the "4-0" version includes a 4-way air feedthrough; the "4-4" version additionally features a 4-way signal feedthrough.

VEN-6 is delivered ready for immediate use from the factory with partial sheet metal cover, hydraulic end position damping and proximity switches.

Special features of VEN-6

A sealing plate is available as an accessory for closing the integration bores when operating the VEN-6 individually (without the associated linear component LEN-6).

The ZWP-6-VEN intermediate position module, when coupled to the VEN-6, allows raising or lowering to two different levels. The intermediate position is available in the same length increments as the VEN-6 and comes standard with a damper and proximity switch.
