CAD data for every linear unit is available for free download in the product finder . There you will also find detailed technical properties such as the piston diameter - or whether plain bearings, ball bushings or a guide with cross rollers are installed.

Regardless of the size, whether it is a narrow mini slide or a wide linear axis, one feature remains the same: the housing is milled from solid, high-strength aluminum. It is anodized and designed for long-term use. If required, our grippers can be mounted directly or via adapter plates.

intermediate position linear unit

A pneumatic module basically has two defined end positions. These are defined by the
set stroke .

We offer additional modules , so-called intermediate positions, for various VEN linear units. These modules are coupled to the relevant basic product and allow a third position - adjustable within certain limits - despite pneumatics.

Technically, it is an additive cylinder that, when activated, moves into the path of the linear unit and acts as a stop to limit the path of the base unit.
