Linear unit LSK-4

The pneumatic linear slide LSK-4, with the letter "K" indicating crossed roller guides, is designed for handling workpieces with high precision and under high torque loads.

The piston diameter is 12mm.

External, adjustable stops, with the option of accommodating hydraulic shock absorbers, are functional components.

The proximity switch can be clamped into the hollow stop screw, saving space .

LSK series linear units feature their own cross-roller guides . These are ground to fit the upper and lower slides during the manufacturing process. This eliminates or significantly reduces the space required for conventional guide elements, allowing for the installation of cages with larger rollers. For the user, this means: more load capacity in less installation space!

Special features of LSK-4

The linear slide LSK 4 is available in 6 stroke lengths: 20|30|45|60|75 and 90mm.

All sizes can be ordered with or without mounted shock absorbers.

In the "SK" variant, the stops are positioned on the sides. Depending on the application, one of the side stops can be mounted on the other side (an additional stop block from the accessories is required).

The variant “HK” is a special version available in which the stop side has been completely moved to the front side.

Proximity switches with a 4mm diameter are suitable for clamping in the stop screws.

The linear unit LSK-4 always includes 2 centering rings ZR-4.
