Lifting unit HE-6
HE-6 series lifting units are classic examples of size 6 from Friedemann Wagner (ZR-6 centering rings, grid dimension 48mmx48mm).
The HE-6 is essentially a pneumatic linear unit - designed for vertical use (lifting) up to 150N or 220N!
The HE-6 is available in five stroke lengths : 10, 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, or 100 mm.
The stroke can be adjusted across the entire range using a threaded rod.
The attached external stop flags serve as a buffer surface for the shock absorbers when required and form the field closure for the square proximity switches (end position detection).
Versions with or without pre-installed shock absorbers are available. Due to vertical use, slowing down the movement is recommended!
Special features of the HE-6 lifting unit
The piston diameter of the HE-6 depends on the variant.
For stroke lengths of 10 and 25 mm, two 16 mm pistons are used; for the remaining stroke lengths, one 25 mm piston is used. Therefore, the impact forces differ.
The compact design of the short strokes (10 and 25 mm) leaves no space for shock absorbers. Therefore, a tandem stop system (TAS) is available as an accessory. This is attached laterally, accommodates the shock absorbers, and, thanks to the second threaded rod, further improves accuracy (tilting moment).
