Linear unit LSM-4

The pneumatic linear slide LSM-4 is very similar in design to the smaller version (LSM-3) and is also used for handling small workpieces.

The piston diameter is 8mm.

This linear slide also features adjustable external stops with the option of accommodating hydraulic shock absorbers.

The proximity switch can be clamped into the hollow stop screw, saving space.

For accuracy reasons, linear units of the LSM series always have 2 guide carriages with ball screw guides. 

Special features of LSM-4

The linear slide LSM 4 is available in 2 stroke lengths of 35 and 65mm.

All sizes can be ordered with or without shock absorbers.

Proximity switches with a 4mm diameter are suitable for clamping in the stop screws.

Depending on the situation, the stops can be mounted on the other side of the linear unit.

The linear unit LSM-4 always includes 2 centering rings ZR-4.

Both small grippers PGM-29 and PGM-38 can be attached directly to the head plate.
