All of our units come with a grid and centering rings (type ZR) as standard.
Matching the purchased product, 2 pieces of centering rings are supplied as standard included - for diagonal placement .
The PGM parallel gripper even has 6 centering rings Part of the delivery (for mounting the fingers).

Wagner centering rings are available in 5 different sizes . Centering rings of type ZR are simply inserted into the appropriate hole. Since the hole patterns are identical within the sizes and additionally Because the centering system has threads, all units of the same size can be joined together quickly and easily.

Centering rings are available in different sizes and differ mainly in their outer diameter and height. Centering rings of size ZR-4-A-5 are a special case. In contrast to the standard version, this special version has a graduated outer diameter, see table.
Centering rings in Wagner products correspond to category “h6”, the centering hole in the grid corresponds to “K7”. The accuracy of the connection is therefore achieved through real fits and is in the range of +/- 0.015mm.
By the way: Centering rings can be purchased at any time in the “Accessories” section. They are also suitable for other applications – regardless of whether you use our products!
