Layout "MS" - external stops for linearunit LEM

Wagner linear units of type LEM - what´s the meaning of layout "MS"?

the construction of linear module LEM is  flat and very compact. Stop screws and dampers are housed in confined space.

But: if enough space is given in your application, both sizes LEM-6 and LEM-9 can be ordered in configuration  "MS"  (with external stop system).

Using the external stop-system improves accessability and repeat accuracy.

The hardened external stop system ist fixed and screwed on via centering-rings. Stop-screws and dampers do find their place outside and adjustment is much easier. As used to, proximity switches can be mounted inside the hollow stop-screw.

For sure stop-blocks, screws and dampers can be ordered and assembled later on (accessories).

The option "portal use" without substructure still is given!
