Swivel unit SES-4 and SE-4: what are the differences?
When analyzing the technical data, it is usually not immediately clear to the observer that the SES-4 rotary actuator is slightly larger, but significantly more powerful than its smaller counterpart.
In each of the 3 spatial dimensions (L x W x H) the SES-4 only requires about 15% more space.
The benefits compared to SE-4:
- 170% of torque
- 3 times the mass moment of inertia is pivotable
- The SES-4 (S stands for strong) is equipped with larger pistons and a 4-point bearing.
