Modular system - also for pneumatic mini-units?

Yes - at the last trade fair we demonstrated the principle of our modular system on site:
The customer needs a linear stroke of approximately 40mm and a parallel gripper to lift his small workpiece in a small space.

With the LSM-3, we offer pneumatic mini linear slides for the automation of particularly small workpieces. The customized version has a stroke of 50 mm . Hollow, hardened stop screws accommodate the sensor in a space-saving manner. These screws can also be used to adjust the stroke by 15 mm on either side . The mini unit is available from stock in various stroke lengths and with or without mounted shock absorbers .

As with all slides in the LSM-3 and LSM-4 series, the load is safely carried by two guide carriages (sealed recirculating ball bearing guides).
High precision - especially when handling small workpieces!

PGM-29 was flanged directly to the front side with centering rings and screws.
A compact mini functional element was created to save space at 126mm (retracted position) - using existing components from the Wagner construction kit!
