Pneumatic Rotary Indexing Table RSE-4 - Precise Indexing for Your Automation

The rotary indexing table RSE-4 is the powerful advancement of our compact RSE-3 model. With a table diameter of 102 mm and the ability to reliably move dynamic loads of up to 140 N (moment of inertia J max. 175 kgcm²), it is the ideal choice for precise assembly and handling tasks.

Technical Highlights and Variants of the RSE-4

Thanks to its robust design with a piston diameter (rack) of 25 mm, the RSE-4 guarantees long-lasting performance. It is available ex works in a variety of divisions and directions of rotation:

• Available divisions: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24.
• Direction of rotation: Left or right rotation 
• Ready-to-use: Every Wagner rotary indexing table is delivered including hydraulic shock absorbers and, for a fixed direction of rotation, with an integrated throttle in the side plate for easy adjustment of the plate speed.
• Efficient control: The indexing unit can be controlled cost-effectively with just one valve.

Special Features: Flexibility through Conversion

The RSE-4 rotary indexing table is characterized by its high adaptability. It can be modified by the user themselves in terms of direction of rotation and division - use our special division conversion kits for this purpose.

Oscillation mode and integrated media supply

• Oscillation mode: This variant can be ordered directly from the factory or easily retrofitted using a conversion kit (requires dampers in both side plates). In oscillation mode, external throttles must be fitted to the side plates where the now necessary two control valves are connected.
• Integrated P-connection: A special highlight is the central media supply. By removing the G1/8" plug in the center of the plate, you can feed air or vacuum directly under your customer's setup via the "P" connection - ideal for complex applications with light parts (e.g., suction of workpieces into cavities).
