The pneumatic rotary indexing table RSE-4 is one of the two small compact rotary indexing tables in Friedemann Wagner's product range. With dimensions of only 144 x 105 x 70 mm, it is the ideal solution for automating smaller workpieces.

Whether in handling technology, testing processes, small parts assembly, or changing test setups – the RSE-4 impresses with its flexibility. The RSE-4 is available ex works in 7 divisions. However, it is noteworthy that this rotary indexing table can be converted by the customer in terms of direction of rotation and indexing. This is a valuable contribution to maintaining investment, especially with changing requirements in automation.

Process reliability through query in side plates

As with the even smaller derivative - the RSE-3 rotary indexing table - the proximity switches linked here (type NSS) can be screwed into the side plates.
The end positions of the internal rack are queried. The signals enable optimal cycle monitoring and avoid possible follow-up costs. The RSE-4 can of course also be controlled without sensors - via a timer element.
