• Increased Stiffness: The system absorbs moments and transverse forces significantly better. This prevents disruptive deflection, even with a 50mm stroke length and tiny dimensions! Two guiding carriages ensure high precision - an immensely important criterion, especially in the automation of small workpieces.
• Precise Repeatability: Positioning remains exact even after millions of cycles. Hollow, hardened stop screws ensure a repeatability of +/-0.01 mm and also serve as a receptacle for the sensor. These can be used to adjust or influence the stroke by 15 mm on both sides.
• Longer Lifespan: The load is distributed, which minimizes wear.
