Whats the meaning of "layout Z" at linear-units type LE-6 or LE-9?
Linear units of type LE-6 and LE-9 are offered in variants N or Z.
Variante Z means: a second piston is integrated in the system:
Instead of the normally placed pneumatic damping-module, a second piston enables double force on same product-size!
Both units, LE-6 and LE-9, can be used in push- or portal-use. Stroke lengths are 100, 200 or 300 mm; in case of LE-9 even 400 mm stroke can be ordered.
Adjusting of stroke can be done on complete way!
Two guide-rods (sealed linear bushing) do grant precise guiding of load at a repeat accuracy of +/- 0,02mm.
modul | layout Z | layout N |
LE-6 | lifting force 160N | lifting force 80N |
LE-9 | lifting force 440N | lifting force 220N |
Due to lifting forces a hydraulic damping is recommended!
