Construction
We believe, that sustainability is proven by customers who are experienced, that they can rely on our products for a long time. We are manufacturers of investment goods, not disposable articles – we cover this fact in design, benefits and material selection for our units.
It is standard for us to support a long-term availability of spare parts to ensure repair over a long period. Therefore our pneumatic handling products are all precise, accurate repeatable and robust. They are designed, optimized and tested – without exception- on durablity .
Mounting and conversion options, reduction of variations
It is important for us to build products that have a long lifecycle including the possibility to be used for other cases in the field. This is an appropriate way of environmental and investment protection. Therefore all of our rotary indexing units of type RSE-3 and RSE 4 e.g. can be converted by accessory kits in the direction of rotation or even for oscillating operations.
We offer reduction in variations e.g. with our own hydraulic shock absorber STD-14. It is available in 2 level of hardness, but nevertheless adjustable by a screw. Its components are made of stainless material, the shell is tenifer treated and thus rust arm. Where ever possible in constructive manner, it is in use.
Further modules can be connected without additional construction or assembly work by our especially developed centering system with centering rings and given grid dimensions.
Resource efficiency
Larger versions of our products optionally are available with energy grommets. By this, other handling modules can be supplied with air or signals – through the handling. That means short distances of energy-lines – valuable from an energetic point of view. We e.g. avoid long folded cables and damaged hoses by tension and torsion. This is much more economic than a replacement later on due to defects.
According to our philosophy we have a high manufacturing depth. This enables us in most cases to refurbish even “older” units. Please send us in such products if necessary – we will check if repair makes sense and make you an offer. We keep your and our product ready for further usage.
We use one high-performance grease since years for all our units. It ist economical, tested and proven.
Waste (like spills) from the machining is separated and fed to a recycling process (FA. Dettelbach). Waste oil and residual materials are recovered by FKM Buster. Lubricants are obtained through certified partners such as Bürk and Kauffmann and picked up again after the cycle – especially with these partners, we rely on companies that take environmental protection seriously and in practice.
Like many other companies, we switch to modern LED Technology step by step.
In-house logistics is done within plastic-boxes that can be cleaned in our washing station if necessary.
As our customer you’ll maybe sometimes notice, that we continue to use and re-use the cardboard boxes and packaging materials of our suppliers!
Social responsibility
Especially as a small family owned company, the social responsibility towards employees and the region is very important. Equal opportunities, different nationalities and cultures are therefore no bold programs, but successfully practiced in our daily business.
Unfortunately, as a medium sized company, we are not always the first address for educational institutions or technicians and students – we can and will improve this.
