With model-range SM-4 Friedemann Wagner offers an extremely compact swivel-unit for limited-space-applications. An effective torque of 0,3 Nm moves inertias up to 3,5 kgcm2 . The user can choose between models with or without hydraulic shock absorbers.
Although baby-sized, the unit offers 2 air grommets to e.g. feed the mounted gripper through the turning system! External stop-screws grant a repeat accuracy of ± 0,01°. As the screws are hollow, proximity switches can be fixed inside to sense the effective stop-position.
