Wagner centering-ring ZR and construction kit
We are manufacturer with the following technical aim:
Fast, precise, but easy assembly of our pneumatic modules. Done by the user itself – if possible without any drilling.
Ever since, our handling-units are based on a modular construction system.
All our units include grids and centring-rings (type ZR).
In the scope of delivery of each module a matching pair of center-rings is included – for diagonal placement inside the pattern. In case of parallel-gripper PGM even 6 pcs of matching rings are encluded (for assembly of fingers).

Wagner centering rings are available in 5 different sizes. They simply get placed in the corresponding borehole of the grid.
Patterns of drilling are identical each design-size and they are fitted with a thread. So you can imagine: easy assembly within the same module-size.

Named sizes (variants) of the rings, mainly differ in outer diameter and height. A special item is ZR-4: a staggered diameter, see table below.
Wagner centering rings are classified „category h6“, the bore-hole in the pattern is classified as „K7“. Accuracy of connection is given by „real fitting“ - in a range of +/- 0,015mm.
For sure: you can order them stand-alone. Just as accessories - apart from using our products.
The clou: for easy and fast pull-off, 4 of the 5 variants do have an internal thread! Just use a screw - for easy and non destructive disassembly.
