Since our founding in 1979, we successfully manufacture high-precision gripping and swivel units, rotary indexing units, lifting units and linear units in Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
All solutions are focused on reliability by construction and choice of materials. Accuracy in repeatability in the range of hundredths of millimeters covers essential requirements of today’s automation technology. Durability and precision minimizes adjustment efforts and avoid unnecessary and cost-effective production interruptions later on. High stiffness fulfill desired long term reliable load capacity and contributes a high process reliability. Our attention turns also on economical use of pressured air: We use appropriate and not oversized cylinders, because sustainable use of resources is a long term benefit for all of us.
Special design features with benefits are different from other solutions on the market and allow usage even in harsh industrial environments or difficult applications. Air and signal grommets are partly available as product-variants. They offer fast structured supply at short distances and without damaging hoses or cables- especially for rotating units.
Our industrial handling systems are available in a modular way of different sizes that are aligned to each other. Our often copied center system enables quick assembly of the devices via grid dimensions and centering rings. Solid and quick connection of the modules themselves, without external construction costs, without drilling or pinning. A wide range of accessories includes e.g. adapter plates to mount different sizes of assemblies.
All products are designed, manufactured and assembled in our facilities. This is our philosophy and allows customized modifications as well as flexibility towards our users.
Because of our inhouse-production we are able to provide spare parts for the equipment – even today for our very first units. We meet highest standards of our well-named clients – in technical and quality demands – every day. 40 years are evidences of our experience and knowledge.
